Just Another Avon Monday...NoT...


So, yep. It’s Monday. And what a Monday it’s been!!

And us Avon Reps here in Avon North America woke up to ongoing site maintaince on our back office that, of course, was supposed to be done yesterday.

So, it’s been an interesting day, to say the least! Human nature at it’s best (or is it worst?) today. Reactions ranging from “Hey, why isn’t the site back up?” to “OMG I HATE CHANGE!” and everything in between. Me? Well, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and Avon is undertaking some MAJOR upgrades that we’ve needed badly for a long time. Heck no I did not expect the site to be back up and running today ~ especially without glitches.

I absolutely LOVE the changes we’ve had so far since splitting from Avon Global, so you won’t get any complaints out of this chick. Now that we are privately owned, changes can happen fast and often and we’ve had several already! From the Fast 40% for new Representatives going beyond their first 4 campaigns (it’s now extended through their 12th Campaign ~ YAY AVON!!) to us now being able to accept credit card payments without having to have a reader and paying fees (THANK YOU AVON) to ~ OMG did I tell you???

Avon Representatives and their immediate family members can now GO TO COLLEGE!!!

Yes, change can be hard for some people and cause others major anxiety attacks. Others may scream, but then get down to work, while some just shrug their shoulders and carry on. Because this company stands behind their Representatives and puts them FIRST. We have more changes coming and I for one feel almost like a kid a Christmas and can’t wait to see what’s next!
